Our Bootcamp sessions run throughout the week, in outdoor locations in Omokoroa and surrounding areas.
Group sessions are aimed to provide a challenge for all levels of fitness and the group environment makes the sessions fun, inspiring and supportive.
Generally informal, our Bootcamp sessions are about helping you get results – whatever that may be. Fitness, Agility, Strength, a healthier lifestyle, the Bootcamp setting allows you to work your way into a fitness regime gently or if you wish, you can push yourself!
The size of these groups mean you will always find someone at your level and the encouragement from the trainer and the wider group means you will never be pushed too hard, or put outside of your comfort zone (unless you choose to be).
